Following last year’s appointment of an Inside Sales Manager and a period of accelerated growth within Business Systems, a number of refinements have been made to our sales support and customer contact infrastructure.
Most notably, customers now benefit from the allocation of a client liaison executive who effectively acts as a sole point of contact, ensuring that our clients get the most from their technology investments, that their changing needs and requirements are addressed and that they are communicated with in a way which best suits them.
Following the implementation of a new contact management system earlier this year and continuing efforts to consolidate our customer data into a single view, clients will increasingly benefit from timely reminders on service and support contract renewals and on the latest technology developments designed to enhance business and compliance procedures.
With customer satisfaction always a primary focus, further plans are underway to provide end users of our products with secure access to a web portal containing all relevant materials related to their technology investment and ultimately the capability to view and log their own cases.
