At Call Centre Expo, Business Systems will be demonstrating the latest modules and enhancements to NICE’s flagship solution, NICE Perform including:-
Centralised VoIP recording
The NICE Perform Compliance Suite, launched in July 2006 will be shown. This includes a new VoIP gateway, which by providing a centralised recording solution replaces the need to have recording units in each branch. The new solution is able to capture high volumes of interactions via IP trunks, supporting TDM, hybrid and VoIP environments.
Workforce Optimisation Software Suite added
Business Systems will also show strategic workforce planning and performance management capabilities added to the NICE product range following two recent acquisitions made by NICE. There will be more information about this solution in Monitors next edition.
Performance Management Analytics
NICE’s recording and quality-monitoring suite now includes a high-end centralised software tool that compiles data seamlessly across the enterprise. This enables more accurate and effective forecasting, planning and scheduling. A fully automated management information system is offered, which ties together the performance of individual employees and business units. Information is presented in a unique dashboard style that allows all relevant data, including that produced by NICE’s quality monitoring solutions, to be viewed using the same interface.
