The Wordnet Series 3 offers thousands of simultaneous call recording sessions per system. Ideal for large recording and monitoring requirements on single site or multi-site operations, it also offers the ability to access call recordings remotely via a secure web based replay application.

Recordings can be retrieved rapidly via software offering multiple search criteria, including date/time, channel, telephone number, transaction code, or user ID together with multiple user defined factors.

New features, functionality and interfaces, such as radio can be uploaded quickly and easily. The Wordnet Series 3 integrates seamlessly to industry standard switches (PBXs), CAD systems, dispatcher consoles, dealer boards, IVR, CTI, ACD and other databases.

Wordnet Series 3 offers a choice of market leading storage options, including the latest optical storage media and Network Attached Storage (NAS), offering secure long term storage with no degradation.
