Vocal Recorders are well-established products sold and maintained successfully throughout the world offering uncompressed digital quality recordings and advanced compression technology.

As you would expect from any solution in the Vocal range, Vocal Evolution utilises Vocal’s ‘open systems’ philosophy. Through a combination of non-proprietary hardware and powerful APIs this solution lowers the cost of ownership by providing cost effective upgrades, and greater connectivity to your business applications or existing telephony infrastructure.

This recording solution integrates with the InspirationPro quality monitoring software for call centres. Other add-on web-based recording applications are available to enable quick and easy access to calls. An ideal solution for high capacity, growing organisations, mixed telephony requirements or where specialist applications need to be developed.
