Mercom are an established US manufacturer of Call Recording technology with considerable experience in the emergency services and 'high-density' recording applications. The system architecture is 'open' and consequently a natural choice to use within the Vocal Recorder suite.

Headquartered in Germany, ASC is a global provider of integrated communications recording solutions. With 40 years experience and over 20,000 installations the company is Europe's largest manufacturer in this field. ASC technology powers the Linux platforms in the Vocal Recorder suite.

Magnetic North was one of the pioneers of VoIP recording and contact centre solutions. Based in the UK the company's technology is used in the Vocal Recorders 'Enterprise' offering which has specific advantages total VoIP environments.

EMC are a world leader in data storage solutions with intelligent platforms that self-managing storage. With the need for online data storage growing at an ever increasing pace so this technology becomes an integral part of modern Call Recording and Performance Management suites.


NICE are one of the worlds largest manufacturers of call recording products and these were introduced into the UK by Business Systems in 1994. During that time Business Systems has established itself as NICE's premier partner in Europe and with 'Diamond' status, the only Service Centre of Excellence outside of Israel. This unique ranking qualifies Business Systems to implement and maintain NICE's most sophisticated product suites, which are not normally available through partner programs.
