NICE Systems  

NICE Systems provide interaction recording and workforce optimisation products and were introduced into the UK by Business Systems in 1993. Business Systems has since established itself as NICE's premier partner in Europe and with 'Platinum' status, it has one of the few Service Centres of Excellence outside of Israel and the USA.


Red Box Recorders  

Red Box Recorders provide voice and data capture solutions which are easy to specify, install and manage. Their software runs on existing servers and covers everything from storage and event logging, to quality management and event reconstruction.
