Product Status and Options :- This system is now obsolete. Manufacturer support will cease as of 1st Jan 2006. If you are using this version you should budget for a replacement. BSL does from time to time have limited spare parts. We can ship parts globally. BSL does offer maintenance support beyond the manufacturer’s support by special arrangement on a case by case basis.
Product Status and Options:- These systems have now been superseded by Nicecall Focus III, which offers greater channel capacity and increased on-line storage. End of manufacturer support will soon be announced but BSL are stockpiling spares so we can offer continued support to our customers. We can ship globally. We will offer maintenance contracts to UK users under our ‘Long Term Support’ (LTS) scheme. Note; you do need to be registered under the LTS scheme to get this extended support, so contact us as soon as possible to register for this option.
