Call Reports Software from NICE designed for Police Call Centres
In order for police forces to analyse the type and volume of communications they receive, Nice offers a public safety reports package. This software provides a range of reports on communication traffic and call-associated information. The Productivity/Usage report gives call volume information for specific timeframes, to help plan staff allocation and budgets. Managers can also look at to what extent the site's radio system is utilised, how many calls per hour are received on average and how many calls a specific member of staff has handled. Different periods can be analysed to look at trends of increases in demand or improvements in staff performance. Reports are shown in both table and graphical formats. The Call Trends Report lists incoming calls by calling number and location. This allows regions to be mapped, to show for example which areas are demanding more services and which callers are 'frequent users'. This comprehensive reports package especially designed for the public safety sector provides a useful management tool to interrogate and analyse all types of communications traffic.
Scenario Replay for Police, Fire or Ambulance Control Centres - New version Released - Version 3
A longstanding problem has now been resolved for those control centres that need to replay multiple communications (including radio) that relate to a specific event. The answer is 'Scenario Replay'; a clever little call recording application from NICE, allowing system operators to search across multiple channels for both radio transmissions and telephony calls to replicate an entire communications event from start to finish. This provides an authentic reconstruction of an incident for closer review, allowing effective investigation and controlled distribution of audio recordings as evidence. The scenario containing multiple recordings can be saved as a '. WAV' and distributed accordingly. Version 3 of this application has just been released and features improved playback settings and the ability to make text and voice annotations within the software.
