Business Systems experts in voice, VoIP and data recording, has
become the preferred supplier of VoIP recording for the largest
VoIP distributed network in the UK spanning across 38 sites. A well-known
contact service centre has selected the Nice 8.8 VoIP solution
from Business Systems, the largest distributor for Nice Systems
in the UK.
This system will be the first of its kind in the UK, operating as a software
only implementation, utilising centralised storage and archiving for instant
replay of thousands and thousands of sessions. Working in a SKINNY environment
and fully integrated into the CICSO and IBM network infrastructure this implementation
will sit beside a Nice Voice Recording solution currently operating on 13 additional
sites.
In addition to this Business Systems has been selected by a leading
global bank to supply VoIP recording in one of the largest single
site implementations in the UK. The bank will be implementing the
Nice 8.8 VoIP recording system, from Business Systems for over
650 channels of VoIP recording within a trading environment. Working
alongside CISCO and BT the implementation is using PC based high-density
recording with TAPI integration and centralised archiving on a
storage area network. This configuration results in a recording
environment with no removable storage media, greatly improving
maintenance.
