Vocal Recorders - VocalMobile

A suite of call recording solutions for organisations that need to capture and store calls from corporate mobile telephone calls.

 

Outline of service

 
Ideal for organisation with more than 15 corporate mobile users
 
Enables the recording of calls made from and received from mobile telephones
 
Calls are recorded and stored on a secure sever
 
'Servers' can be installed at your site if needed or you can simply use the 'network'
 
Access to call recordings is via an Internet Browser
 
Users are given a special web address and login to access their calls
 
Calls can be downloaded and emailed and annotated
 
A price per minute tariff is given depending on usage levels
 
Mobile handsets must be java or symbian enabled (most modern ones are). We can provide you with a list of symbian compatible mobile handsets
 
Mobile handsets can be provided free of charge if needed

Costs and Billing

 
You pay for calls recorded only on a per minute basis
 
The price you pay per minute depends on you usage level
 
Typical cost per minute based on a 30 lines of recording would be 25p
 
'Bundles' of minutes are available
 
A minimum contract period will apply in some cases
 
You will be billed quarterly

VocalMobile - Outgoing call recording only


VocalMobile Flexiplan

The mobile telephone user activates the 'blue dot' on their telephone handset to initiate call recording of the next call. For example when making personal calls the blue dot would not be activated. NB -'Blue Dot' technology is more commonly used when mobile telephones are used for dual purposes and need separate bills.

VocalMobile Fixedplan

All outgoing telephone calls are automatically recorded. When installing this service your mobile telephones would be programmed accordingly.


VocalMobile - Incoming and outgoing call recording


VocalMobileTotal Plan

This service requires some installation of hardware at your site, but is still billed on a per minute usage basis. Suitable for organisations with more than 50 mobile telephone users. All inbound and outbound calls are reliably captured and can be access via a secure Internet/Intranet browser.
