Call Outs

To receive all the benefits of Business Systems complete after-sales care, it is recommended that you contact us for an annual maintenance contract. However, Business Systems will supply emergency service to any organisation with NICE, Red Box Recorders, Vocal Recorders or Verint recording equipment. In these circumstances cases are responded to and charged on a time and materials basis.
