Wordnet Series – This product group has been discontinued from the NICE range but is still available in limited numbers for those customers who need to add to their established Wordnet systems. Expansion kits and spare parts are also available as are full support contracts and maintenance. |

Mirra Series – We hold a complete inventory of spare parts for the Mirra series; all expansion kits, maintenance and full support contracts are available. |

NICE – We hold a complete inventory of spare parts for all Nice Versions 7’s, 8’s, 9’s, NICECall-Focus and Nice-Advantage. There are product expansion kits for all of the above and full software levels for all NICE-CLS and NICE-Universe systems. Full support contracts are available on all systems. |
