Vocal MaxIP

VocalMaxIP is a VoIP recording solution for medium to large applications. The solution can record VoIP calls, capture screen activity and monitor live conversations within a single server. VocalMaxIP supports all recording environments, with the flexibility to record constantly, selectively or on-demand.

The VocalMaxIP recording solution connects to three major IP telephony platforms: Cisco, Avaya and Nortel Meridian. Using industry-standard protocols, VocalMaxIP monitors the activity of each IP phone to be recorded. Whenever a call commences, the recording server automatically receives, records and archives the conversation. Users can then retrieve and playback calls remotely via the LAN using a multimedia PC.
