Product Status and Options: These systems have now been superseded by NICE Perform eXpress.
Business Systems are stockpiling spares so we can offer continued support to our customers. We can ship globally and we will offer maintenance contracts to UK users under our ‘Long Term Support’ (LTS) scheme. Note: you need to be registered under the LTS scheme to get this extended support, so contact us as soon as possible to register for this option.

NICECall Focus III
Product Status and Options: This version is reaching its end of life and is superseded by NICE Perform eXpress. This is a cost effective, easy-to-use call recording solution for small to medium sized contact centers and branches. It offers a comprehensive and easy recording solution that addresses risk management and compliance needs.

End of manufacturer support will soon be announced, but Business Systems will be providing spares and support to our customers globally. Click here to learn more about our sunset policies.
