Sales Executive

Position Overview

Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Various to cover territories in the City of London, South and North

This role is to work within a pre-determined territory with the responsibility for the entire sales cycle from cold calling, delivering business presentations to negotiating with decision makers.

Responsibilities will include:
• Planning and prioritizing sales activities and prospect contact towards exceeding annual revenue targets of circ. £1M
• Effectively and efficiently managing a sales territory and sales process, including sales planning, prospecting, needs analysis, proposals, presentations, contract negotiations, and closing
• Passionately representing our company, our solutions and success to prospects, customers, and partners.
• During the week time will be split working from Home and Isleworth Office.

Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
• Candidates should have sales analysis skills and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of business strategies and have a successful sales track record of closing high value deals (£150k+)
• Suitable candidates will have B2B strategic sales experience selling into the contact centre market or finance market. Ideally your experience would have been gained from selling an IT solution or service
• You should be recognised as a sales hunter as this role requires a sales professional with the ability to establish the first contact, and manage the sales process through to the end with multiple deals to juggle.
• Motivation – be self-motivated and have drive, determination and desire to succeed
• Effective Communication – able to communicate with people at all levels and communicate value proposition and differentiators to prospects
• Listening – ability to pick out important information in verbal communication. Questioning, probing and general reactions indicative of ‘active’ listening
• Presentation skills – have the ability to inspire others with engaging presentations
• Planning and Organising – excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and plan work
